![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Half-Pikemen: (Steel Faith Overhaul called the 2-handed spearmen 'pikemen', but I felt their spears were too short and the stats didn't sound like pikes, so I used this naming convention from lore in the 6th Ed. Enemy Within booklet and half on the Captain shown in the 'Uniforms and Heraldry of the Empire' book. The Altdorf Infantry Captain is based half on the Altdorf captain shown in the WFRP 1st Ed. I am doing the provinces/city-states currently in alphabetical order and knightly orders are being placed where the largest group of them, or their main chapterhouse, is located. I will post my progress here, but I am also looking for feedback on the general feel of each province, units I may have missed and lore tidbits and images that may be helpful. This information is taken from White Dwarf articles, all Empire Army Books, Core Rule Books, Mordheim, novels (though I only own a few right now), campaign books and the RPG. I have an absolutely massive list of units to make for the Empire, including Regiments of Renown, and the list is divided by province, except for some generic units, to try and give each province a unique feel. I am working on a unit mod for Warhammer Total War 2 and part of it is trying to bring to life the different armies of the Empire in all of their glory as I grew up playing the Empire and have a lot of love for the faction. ![]() Hey guys! Read a lot of posts here over the years, but never made an account before. ![]()
